Naoma, That's not bad either! Campbell County has one of the lowest tax rates, Bedford County is .50 per $100. We live in an affordable part of the country.

Hi Pam, Our counties are large, it takes me an hour to drive to our lake house from Forest- and it's in the same county! The map is very helpful. Thanks for stopping by.

Hi Raine, thanks for stopping by! This is a popular school district. I can't even tell you how many times a potential buyer will call about a property and their first question, "Is it in the Brookville School District"?

Bill, Thanks, our local public schools rate well and parents tend to be very involved in their kids education.

It is understandable that cash makes people autonomous. But what to do when one does not have cash? The only one way is to get the home loans and just short term loan.
