I've been receiving a lot of calls regarding SALSA NIGHTS in Lynchburg, so here is an update:

What is Casino Style Salsa?
Casino Style is also known as “Rueda.” The word “Rueda” means "wheel" in Spanish so "Casino Rueda" is danced in a wheel using salsa moves. Folks form a circle and go through dance patterns that involve switching partners.

Hi Lisa, Basic Salsa isn't that hard to grasp, I love the music and it's great exercise. As long as you're movin', doesn't matter what you're dancing to! Thanks for commenting!
