Bill, we had a class this week with LeRoy Houser and he declined an invitation to come back to teach a Short Sales and Forclosure class because WE DON'T HAVE ENOUGH OF THEM! I believe Lynchburg home values actually gained by 1.2% in 2008. Thanks for stopping by.
