Nice Photo. Looks like the barn has seen better days.
Ahhhhhh, the simple life. It looks very peaceful and relaxing there Debbie.
Time to pull the barn down, re-plane the wood and have build something wonderful out of it. Love the photo.
Thats kind of a cool shot - love the barn!
Debbie, nice looking farm. Gotta love that barn. Nice photo and thanks.
Debbie, I think this will be a great property for the outdoor lover. Is it zoned for horses?
Hi Debbie! Happy November 2009! What a contrast eh? Have a good one!
Hi Edward and Celia, yes, this barn has seen better days! There are so many farm buildings just like this in the local area. Beautiful backdrop against the Blue Ridge Mountains that surround. Thanks for stopping by!
Kevin, this is a rural area of Bedford County and it is very peaceful and quiet.
Cindy, I'm sure there a a lot of uses for reclaimed barn siding. I drive past a few farms with structures that are ready to come down at any time.
Liz, this farm sits on a hill with mountains behind, a very tranquil setting!
Thanks Michael!
Sybil, in the counties, most property will be OK for horses. This was a large tract of land and I'd be surprised if they didn't have cattle and horses.
Happy November to you too Diane!
Debbie - Great photo. I love farms and old barns - reminds me of home.
Looks like a scene from a more peaceful existence....something to be learned by us all.
Howdy there Debbie
That sure is a nice looken farm, hope you and your family had a real fine Thanksgiving Day, my friend!
