Apparently I have planted a smorgasbord in our backyard. A buffet of delicious and tasty treats the neighborhood wildlife can't resist. Deer-off works if you keep applying, but we needed to negotiate better terms of use of the backyard when even the marigolds were disappearing. So:
Owner agrees to provide tenant with plums from the tree, any fallen fruit or vegetables from the garden and lifetime access to the fishpond- (for drinking purposes only).
In return, tenant agrees not to eat any flowering bush, shrub or flower.
On premises security will be employed if tenant does not fulfill the terms of the contract.
