The Forest Lions Club monthly meeting will start at 6:30 pm at the Twin Oaks Restaurant, 14175 Forest Road, Forest. Dinner will begin at 7:00 pm. Guest speaker, Lion Steve Garrett, District 24-E Hearing Conservation Chairperson; will offer a presentation on Hearing Awareness/ Hearing Conservation. · Salvation Army
· Yearly vocational scholarships
· Jefferson Forest after prom party
· Food Baskets for the poor
· Bateman Bridge Road Cleanup
The Forest Lions Club holds two fundraising events, the annual Christmas Tree Sale and it's annual Raffle. The new Forest Volunteer Fire Department currently under construction on Route 811 in Forest is one of the projects funds will go to.
